Human Relationships are LIMITLESS:This course is for the badass hearts that know deep down there’s more to interactions, yet don’t quite know how to access it. If you’re craving for more than small chat or factual arguments where nobody wins, this course is for you.
Experience FREEDOM in your Relationships: You know that feeling when you tell your friend “I feel like that but I can’t possibly say this!”. Well, learn how to do just that. It’s easier than you think once you understand yourself deeply. Learn to be your most authentic self, without complying to any rules but the ones you set for yourself. This is truly badass.
Turn your SENSITIVITY into your SUPERPOWER: If you’re a natural empath but is usually leaving your own needs behind, put others first etc… Learn to turn in at your advantage so it works for you, not the other way around.
Grow your Emotional MATURITY: You’re an adult but you find yourself reacting like a child sometimes because it f*** hurts? Right, we all do it. And we can teach our brain to take new paths and create new habits to stop reacting as much. In this course we use real-life situations of your choice, so you can look closely at situations that matter to you on a deeper level. Thrive with your HEART: Your vulnerability is your best friend. Together we will unlearn these defense mechanisms, walls and facades we’re used to put up when we are hurt. Your heart is always present and can melt others more than you’d think. Humans respond to others showing their humanity, and it can become a real strength when you master it.
Take ACCOUNTABILITY: Learn to spot where you’re projecting old pain and enemy images on people around you. Learn to see others for what they are during an interaction. Feel their fears and understand them. It doesn’t mean you will love everybody but you will come to a level of acceptance. You can’t change others but you can change the way you look at things
THE TRANSFORMATION
By taking that course, you will receive a fair amount of knowledge about human relationships, it’s like the guide of how to be a human being around other human beings. This knowledge automatically changes your perspective on human interactions. By the end of the first session a shift already happens. Every Tuesday for 5 weeks, we practice together, we share, and we go deeper into the subtleties of the human mind. This leads to creating deeper connections with yourself and with others, making decisions that are truly aligned with yourself, daring to go for what you want and much more… When you change your relationships, you change your life. People around you will feel they can speak more freely around you, because you will have created a lot of space inside, free of judgements.
PRACTICALITIES
The course happens in group, where I mix theory and practice. You are invited to break-out rooms to practice in duo or small groups, so you can experience the magic. Throughout the 5 sessions you are welcome to show up the way you are, with the highest or lowest energy you might have. We work beyond “politeness” and expectations to offer a safe space for everyone to be truly themselves.
